This Christmas, 700 families will be missing their loved ones who are deployed all across the state of Wisconsin. Wisconsin Army National Guard's 2nd Battalion, 127th Infantry Regiment deployed in May 2025 and will not return until mid-2026. On December 6th, families of those in the 2-127 will gather to enjoy Christmas together. Lakepoint Church and Muskego Circle has agreed to be the collecting site for a toy drive for the greater Milwaukee area. The toys will be gifted to children ages 0-15 of these deployed service members.
