Our Care & Prayer Teams are made up of dedicated group of volunteers. Our care team is committed to offering practical support and heartfelt care to those in our community who are going through challenging seasons. Whether someone is recovering from surgery or hospitalization, grieving the loss of a loved one, homebound due to age or illness, or facing the serious illness of a family member—we’re here to help. We also provide assistance with small tasks, transportation, and companionship for those with physical limitations or who may feel isolated. Our prayer team is committed to interceding on your behalf in all the ups and downs of life. If you’re uncomfortable with the entire prayer team praying for you, you can fill out the form and select the option to only share your prayer request with the Lakepoint Pastors and Elders.
