On Sunday, we’ll be celebrating and benefiting children in Peru as well as our Peru Missions Team with a Vendor Fair and Soup Cookoff. Come grab a teacher gift, shop handmade and local items, or enjoy some delicious soup. Vendors will feature baked goods, 3D printing, plant stakes, L’BRI, permanent jewelry, crochet items, artwork from a local painter, tumblers and vinyl crafts, antiques, plants, and more.

Raffle baskets and Peruvian mocktails will add to the fun!

Soup lunch will be available for a suggested $10 donation and will include favorites like lasagna soup, chili, chicken tortilla, Peruvian potato, Peruvian quinoa, Peruvian chicken, chicken wild rice and mushroom, and more.

In Ayacucho, Peru, we help to sponsor an orphanage as well as a learning center that sees 50+ children in after school care daily through Vision Trust International. Over the 13 years that Lakepoint has existed, the relationship with the local staff and the kids has grown to feel like our extended family. Every other year, we send a group of adults and students to serve our friends at Maranatha Learning Center and Casa Luz Orphanage through building projects, hygiene lessons, bible lessons. More importantly, we get into their everyday lives and spend time praying, playing, and visiting with them. This June, we will send 21 people to Peru- our biggest team yet! Thank you for supporting our team as we go and serve our friends in Peru.

Children Here, Near and Far are important to us! That's why we're building a 2-day event in which we can celebrate and benefit kids in Muskego, Milwaukee and Peru.
