Leadership Roles
Value#1: Discipleship. Create an environment where the scriptures are opened, the gospel of Jesus is known, and all of it is applied to the formation of our everyday lives. You are a disciple-maker, making disciples! While you are not responsible for discipling every individual within the community, you are looking to catalyze a community that will disciple each other.
Value#2: Mission. Support your community in identifying and pursuing the everyday circle of relationships where the overflow of the gospel will reach next.
Value#3: Community. Genuinely love each other in meaningful relationships.
Value#4: Multiplication. Empower an “apprentice leader” and pursue the vision of starting new MC’s for the next people that need it.
You Create a Your Own Format, But Here’s a Starting Suggestion
30 min food & informal connecting
15 minute stories/prayers from everyday circles
60 minutes Biblical discussion
15 minutes same-sex discipleship/prayer in 2’s or 3’s.

Share More About Yourself
As we seek to honor God, we (our Creative Team Leaders) want to get to know you, where you’ve been and where you hope to go. We want to help you grow as a musician and as a Disciple of Jesus. So, after your audition, we will pair with you with someone who’s been a part of our team for a while. This person can answer your questions, challenge you musically and share their spiritual journey with you. This form gets the conversation started.
